HATEBREED's 'Supremacy' Enters BILLBOARD Chart At No. 31!

HATEBREED's "Supremacy" album sold around 27,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 31 on The Billboard 200 chart. This number is roughly in line with the first-week tally registered by its predecessor, "Rise of Brutality", which shifted more than 32,000 copies back in November 2003 to land at No. 30.

The following are notable heavy metal/hard rock U.S. sales debuts for the week ending September 3, 2006, as reported by Nielsen SoundScan (all CD figures are rounded to the nearest thousand; The Billboard 200 chart position included, where applicable):

HATEBREED – "Supremacy": 27,000 (#31)
DREAM THEATER – "Score" CD: 7,000 (#134)
MOTÖRHEAD – "Kiss Of Death": 4,000
GWAR – "Beyond Hell": 4,000
GODHEAD – "The Shadow Line": 1,000
DREAM THEATER – "Score" DVD: 14,438 (#1 on Top Music Video chart)
